Privacy Policy

Draft This document is an unfinished draft and requires legal review before launch. Bracketed items are placeholders, not facts.

1. Who we are

[Legal entity name, address and contact — to be completed by the publisher.]

2. This website

The website itself does not require an account and does not set tracking cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers when a page loads. If you choose to play the product ad, your browser loads it from a third-party host.

3. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad handles payment and order data under its own privacy policy. [Confirm what purchase data the publisher receives and how it is used.]

4. Support requests

If you email support, we receive the information you send. [Retention period and legal basis — to be completed.]

5. The desktop application

[How EURES AI Applicant stores and processes candidate documents and data, including local AI via Ollama — to be verified and documented by the publisher.]

6. Your rights

[Rights and how to exercise them — to be completed after legal review.]
